Data the App Accesses

• Time of earthquake occurrence
• Tsunami warning status (if applicable)

This is public scientific data and contains no personal information.

Network Usage

The app requires an internet connection to fetch earthquake data from USGS servers. No data is sent from your device to any server.

Local Storage

The app may store user preferences (such as display settings) locally on your Apple TV. This data never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

Seismic does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app displays educational scientific data suitable for all ages.
